All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery (if applicable), or through integrated online payment gateways.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is subject to area availability and time slots. We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Self-pickup may be arranged on prior request and confirmation.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after a certain preparation time. Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in the case of order issues such as incorrect or undelivered meals, and at the sole discretion of Ritu’s Cooking Studio. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to reflect.
6. Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer
While we strive to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety, our meals are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens such as dairy, nuts, and gluten. Customers with specific dietary restrictions or allergies must inform us clearly before placing an order.
