1. Order Cancellation
Same-Day Orders:
Orders once placed for same-day delivery cannot be canceled if food preparation has already begun.
Advance Orders:
For bulk or next-day orders, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
Incorrect items delivered. Undelivered orders (due to our error). Food quality concerns reported with valid proof (subject to verification)
Non-Refundable Situations:
Customer not available at the time of delivery. Incorrect delivery address provided. Late cancellations (after preparation has started). Change of mind after placing an order
Mode of Refund:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (e.g., UPI, bank transfer) within 5–7 business days
3. Modification of Orders
If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change delivery time, dish selection), please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order. Modifications are subject to availability and kitchen capacity.
