At Ritu’s Cooking Studio, we are committed to delivering freshly prepared, homemade vegetarian meals with care and punctuality. Please read our shipping and delivery terms before placing an order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver in Sector 46, Gurgaon and surrounding areas within a specific radius. Delivery availability may vary based on distance, order size, and kitchen capacity. For deliveries beyond our standard radius, additional charges or minimum order values may apply. Please contact us for confirmation.
2. Delivery Timings
Orders are accepted during operational hours:

Same-day orders must be placed at least 2 hours in advance to ensure timely preparation and delivery. Delivery time slots may be provided during checkout or communicated via WhatsApp confirmation.
3. Order Fulfillment
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is immediately scheduled for preparation. Food is packed in hygienic, eco-friendly containers designed to maintain freshness during transit. Our delivery partners are instructed to handle all meals with care and ensure timely handover.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may apply based on distance and order value. This will be communicated at the time of placing the order. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount or during promotional campaigns.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by:
Traffic conditions, weather disruptions, strikes, or natural calamities. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Unavailability of the customer at the delivery location.
6. Customer Responsibility
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified time and location. In case of delayed pickup or failed delivery due to customer unavailability, we may not be able to resend the order or issue a refund.
7. Self-Pickup (Optional)
Customers may request self-pickup from our Sector 46 kitchen by prior arrangement. Pickup timings must be confirmed in advance to ensure readiness of food.
